Conquest Planning has raised $110 million CAD in Series B funding! Led by Goldman Sachs, the Winnipeg-based financial planning platform also added investments from Canapi Ventures, BDC Capital, Citi Ventures, and USAA.
Taiv raised $14.4 million CAD in Series A funding to help accelerate its expansion into larger US markets, while also bringing their adtech solution to Canada.
Outreachgenius wrapped their pre-seed round, raising $300,000 for their AI sales solution software.

Typha Co. has received limited-time approval to issue preferred shares under Manitoba’s Small Business Venture Capital Tax Credit (SBVCTC) program. This incentive allows eligible Manitoban investors and companies to claim a 45% non-refundable tax credit on the amount invested in Typha Co.’s common shares.
